Terminals

Credit card terminals and software vary amongst the different brands and carry a multitude of features. Depending on the merchant and your needs will decipher which terminal is best for your business. High check volume merchants may want to add on TeleCheck Services and two great options for credit card machines are the First Data™ FD200 and the Eclipse®. Both of these terminals are able to process business and personal checks.

A smaller merchant could benefit from the FD 50 which is very easy to use and downloads within 5 minutes! First time business owners will find this machine user friendly and it has automatic batch capabilities. Businesses that have multiple accounts within a business like hair salons and spas need terminals with multi-user capabilities like the Linkpoint® AIO, or the First Data™ FD300.

The First Data™ FD100 is one of the newest touch screen terminals that also downloads in 5 minutes and is extremely easy for merchants and their staff to use. This terminal along with the First Data™ FD50 and many other terminals also offer Ethernet capabilities which is credit and debit processing through the internet verses using a phone line.

FDIS Empire also offers wireless processing. Wireless credit card processing works great for trade shows, flea markets, and mobile merchants. The Nurit 8020 works well for wireless Visa MasterCard Processing. Mobile processing is also a feature offered FDIS Empire.

Internet and Gateway merchant accounts are available as well.
